Decaf Cappuccino Protein Bundt Cake

We just can't get enough of our newest flavor, Decaf Cappuccino! Will be making this recipe on repeat.
Ingredients

1 scoopf Chike Decaf Cappuccino Protein Iced Coffee

2 ½ cups flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 cup coconut oil, melted
-
1 cup sugar

4 large eggs, room temperature

1 tbsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F
Generously grease a 10 to 12 cup bundt pan
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Chike, flour. baking powder, baking soda, and salt
In a small bowl, combine the milk and apple cider vinegar, stirring well. Set aside to curdle
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and sugar until smooth
Add the eggs into the large mixing bowl one at a time, whisking well after each addition
Once the eggs are mixed in, add the vanilla
Pour in the almond mixture to the large bowl and stir to combine
Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just incorporated
Transfer the batter to the prepared bundt ban, smoothing the top evenly
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean
Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely
Serve plain or dust with powdered sugar
