Protein Buckeye Brownie

You're going to want to try this protein packed healthy treat asap!

Ingredients

1 scoop Chike Chocolate Caramel Protein Iced Coffee

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
⅓ cup cacao powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
⅔ cup monk fruit (or sugar)
-
1 tbsp vanilla
-
⅔ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
-
1 egg
-
1 scoop Chike Vanilla Protein Iced Coffee
-
½ cup peanut butter powder
-
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
-
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
-
½ cup cacao powder
Dry Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
Peanut Butter Layer
Chocolate Layer
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together
In a medium sized bowl, mix all wet ingredients together until well blended
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined
Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch dish
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the baking dish
In separate bowls, mix the ingredients for both the peanut butter layer and the chocolate layer until smooth
Once the brownies are completely cooled, spread the peanut butter layer evenly over the top, followed by the chocolate layer
Cut the brownies and enjoy!
