Peppermint bark who? These no bake, gluten-free protein bars are unmatched.
Ingredients

½ cup Chike White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Iced Coffee

¾ cup oat flour
-
¼ maple syrup
-
2 tbsp coconut oil
-
⅓ cup white chocolate chips

1 candy cane, crushed
Directions
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the white chocolate chips
Press the mixture into a small baking dish
Microwave the white chocolate chips for 30 second intervals until melted
Pour over the protein bar mixture
Sprinkle the crushed candy cane over top
Enjoy!
*Store in refrigerator or freezer for later
