Rise and shine with these low sugar, high protein oats!

Ingredients

2 scoops Chike Chocolate Caramel Protein Iced Coffee

⅓ cup rolled oats
-
1 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 pinch sea salt
-
1 cup milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Sweetner to taste (optional)

Chocolate Syrup
-
Whipped cream
-
Chocolate chips
-
Caramel
Topping (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients for the oats in a bowl and transfer to a jar to let sit overnight in the refrigerator
The next morning, microwave oats in intervals of 30 seconds - 1 minute unitl warmed to your liking
Add the toppings and enjoy!
