Ingredients

1 scoop of Chike Chai Latte Protein Iced Coffee
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and Chike until well combined
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla extract
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, until a smooth batter forms
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 50-60 minutes
- Let the loaf cool in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely
- Top with the glaze and enjoy!
