These Protein Ice Cream Caramel Bites are easy, healthy, and heavenly. The perfect afternoon snack or dessert.
Ingredients

2 scoops Chike Chocolate Caramel Protein Iced Coffee
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
- ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp coconut oil

Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth
- Pour your mixture in square molds and set in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval
- Pop out the caramel bites and dip in them in the melted chocolate
- Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and store in the freezer for 15 minutes or until hardened
- Bite in and enjoy!
