These high protein, low sugar muffins are easy, fluffy and the perfect snack or dessert.
Ingredients

6 scoops of Chike Caramel Protein Iced Coffee
- 2 cups gluten- free pancake mix
- ½ cup of granulated stevia
- 1 ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup of nut butter
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 4 crushed protein cookies (optional)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- Sea salt flakes

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well
- Pour the batter into 12 muffin molds
- Add toppings
- Bake for 20-22 minutes
- Let cool and enjoy!
