The type of cookie we all love...crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the most delicious cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients

3 scoops of Chike Cinnamon Protein Iced Coffee
- 1 ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup brown granulated monk fruit
- ½ cup monk fruit
- 2 whole eggs (room temperature)
- 1 yolk
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup raisins (optional)
- 1 cup powdered granulated monk fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add the wet ingredients and incorporate well
- Form dough into balls and cook for 12 minutes
- Let it cool in the fridge. Mix the ingredients for frosting
- Drizzle with frosting and enjoy!
