Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

Let's talk about the yummiest, protein packed snack...
Ingredients

2 scoops of Chike Vanilla Protein Iced Coffee
- 1 cup oats

½ cup powdered peanut butter or regular peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

¼ cup sugar free maple syrup

1 ⅓cup of chocolate
Directions
Mix everything together, except the chocolate, and roll into balls
- Freeze the for 15 - 20 minutes
- Melt your chocolate and dip each one in the chocolate
- Put back in the freezer to harden
- Enjoy!

Another alternative to this recipe would be incorporating cocoa powder into the mix…or using the Chocolate PB Chike in place of vanilla.
